Privacy Policy

Rezeki Lite (“Rezeki”, “we”) is a free assistant for independent workers that runs on Telegram and WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Telegram bot, WhatsApp Business messaging, and the web dashboard at lite.rezeki.chat.

What we collect

  • What you log. The messages you send the bot — the jobs, clients, amounts and notes you choose to record — and the summaries we derive from them.
  • Your Telegram identity. The Telegram user id (and username, if set) needed to link your account and deliver messages back to you.
  • WhatsApp Business messaging. We also offer Rezeki through WhatsApp Business. When you message us there, we collect your phone number and the content of the messages you send, used the same way as everything else described here.
  • Cookies (web dashboard only). An httpOnly session cookie (rezeki_session) that keeps you signed in, and a language-preference cookie (rezeki_lang). Both are strictly necessary for the site to work; we set no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to remember your clients and jobs, calculate your totals, and nudge you before a good client goes quiet. We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and your figures are never made public. Nothing you log is used to train third-party models.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on servers we operate on Google Cloud (region: Singapore, asia-southeast1). We keep it for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below), after which it is removed from active systems within 30 days.

Your choices

  • Stop using Rezeki at any time — no data is required to leave.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data by messaging the Rezeki bot on Telegram or WhatsApp.
  • Clear the site cookies from your browser to sign out and forget your language choice.

Children

Rezeki is intended for adults running their own work and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new “last updated” date.
