What's new
Every change we ship to Rezeki, newest first.
- Fixed
Asking to invoice already-billed work makes sense now
Ask Rezeki to invoice a client whose work you've already billed, and it now tells you it's already on that invoice and offers to resend it or make a fresh one — instead of oddly asking you to log a job first. If you run more than one business, it names which book's invoice too.
- New
Run two businesses, keep the money apart
Aircon by day, tuition by night? Say "add a business called Nisha Tuition" and log work to it by naming it ("log tuition: Ali 80"). Each business keeps its own income, invoices and numbering; a client who uses both owes each one separately, and one bank-in can be split across them. Costs for both, like petrol, can be marked shared. If you run just one business, nothing changes.
- Improved
Straight answers to "how do I" and "who do I contact"
Ask "what can you do?" or "how do I mark someone paid?" and Rezeki now explains it properly instead of a vague reply. Need a human? "How do I contact the team" gets you the email straight away, and account questions point you to your dashboard. And "Aina referred her friend Dylan" now works even before Dylan has any jobs.
- Improved
Rezeki knows Puan Aina is Aina Tan
Write a client's name the way you say it — "Puan Aina", just "Aina", a typo — and Rezeki finds the client you already have. When it isn't sure it asks "did you mean Aina Tan?" once, then remembers your spelling. A phone number always finds the right person. No more three clients for one Aina.
- Improved
PDFs in every script, and small fixes
Chinese and Tamil names now print properly on invoice PDFs and the income statement. If you use Rezeki on both Telegram and WhatsApp, an invoice PDF arrives in the chat you asked from. Setting days-to-pay to 0 puts it back to the default. And the first welcome now comes in Malay, Chinese or Tamil when that's what you write in (or your Telegram is set to).
- New
A proper welcome
New to Rezeki? The first message now shows you exactly what to type, asks what your business is called (it goes on your invoices), and takes a pasted list of your regulars — names and numbers — so your memory starts full, not empty.
- New
Your invoice as a PDF, right in the chat
Ask for an invoice ("invoice Ahmad") and the PDF lands in the chat alongside the text — forward the file straight to your client.
- Improved
Invoices that look like your business
Tell Rezeki once — "my business name is Cool Air Services", "my bank is Maybank 1234567890 under Nisha" — and every invoice and statement carries your business name, a due date and a Pay-to line from then on. Each invoice also comes as a PDF on the dashboard. You can set all of this on the dashboard too.
- New
A heads-up before a regular goes quiet
Rezeki learns each regular's rhythm. When their next service or session is about due, it drafts a friendly "shall I book you in?" message for you to forward — before they've gone quiet, and without any chasing. Reply "send Ahmad" and it's ready to go.
- New
Act on follow-ups right in the chat
When Rezeki drafts a check-in or payment reminder, just reply "send Ahmad" to get the message, "snooze Ahmad 2 weeks", or "skip Ahmad" — no dashboard needed. If you've saved the client's number, you get a tap-to-send WhatsApp link with the message already filled in. And when a client you followed up books again, or pays after a reminder, your Sunday recap tells you.
- New
Your week, every Sunday
Every Sunday evening Rezeki sends you a short recap: the jobs you did and what they were worth, what you collected, who still owes you, what you spent, and what's left after costs. If a regular's next job looks due, it says so and offers to draft the message. Nothing to set up — if you logged anything this week, or someone owes you, it arrives.
- New
Know who still owes you
Log a job as "belum bayar" and Rezeki keeps a tab. Say "Ahmad paid 100" (or snap his bank slip) and it settles the oldest work first — deposits, part-payments and a discount you gave all work. Ask "who owes me?" any time. Your income total is the work you did; the new "collected" and "outstanding" lines are the cash. Logged unpaid work as jobs before? Tell Rezeki "Ahmad still owes for the 5 Aug job".
- New
Track what you spend, not just what you earn
Tell Rezeki about petrol, parts, tools or a helper's pay — "bought compressor gas RM80" — and it keeps a record, just like a job. Snap a shop receipt and it logs the total. Ask what you spent this week, or what you made after costs, and see it all on your dashboard.
- Fixed
Fix a job right after you log it
Correct the last job you logged just by saying what changed — "it's Cheong, not Chery", "that was RM80 not RM50", "actually it was yesterday". Rezeki updates the same entry instead of adding a duplicate, so your income total stays right.
- Fixed
Ask for today's income (or any day)
Rezeki can now tell you what you earned today, yesterday, or over any stretch of days — not just this month. Days are counted in Malaysia time, so an early-morning job counts for the right day.
- Fixed
No more "someone will get back to you"
Ask Rezeki about something it has no record of and it now says so straight away, instead of promising to check with staff who aren't there. What you see is what Rezeki actually knows.
- Improved
Follow-up nudges reach you on WhatsApp
If you chat with Rezeki on WhatsApp, your follow-up reminders and referral asks now come to your WhatsApp chat too — ready to forward, right where you're already working.
- New
Rezeki is now on WhatsApp
You can now chat with Rezeki on WhatsApp, just like on Telegram — log jobs, snap payment slips, send voice notes, and sign in to your dashboard, all from the app you already use every day.
- Fixed
Voice notes always get an answer
Send a voice note and you'll always hear back. If something goes wrong on our side, Rezeki now says so and asks you to resend, instead of leaving your message sitting there with no reply.
- Fixed
Clearer replies when Rezeki can't help
Ask for something outside your work records and Rezeki now points you to what it can actually do — logging jobs, clients, invoices and follow-ups — instead of inventing a reason it can't help.
- Improved
A chat that keeps up with you
Rezeki now remembers the conversation from one message to the next, so you can send a job first and its price in a follow-up — it logs the job once, with the right amount, no duplicates. And it replies in whatever language you write in.
- New
Snap a payment slip
Forward a photo or PDF of a bank-in slip and Rezeki reads the amount for you and logs it as income — just confirm what it was for and who paid you.
- Improved
No more mixed-up clients
When two of your clients share a name, Rezeki now checks whether it's the same person before saving, so your records stay clean. You can also tell it to merge duplicates.
- New
Send a proper invoice in seconds
Ask Rezeki for an invoice and it writes up a clean, ready-to-send bill from the jobs you've logged for that client — copy, paste, done.
- New
Nudges to win back quiet clients
Rezeki notices when a regular client has gone quiet and reminds you to reach out — before you'd have thought of it. Tell it to stop reminding you about anyone, anytime.
- Improved
A real person when you need one
Ask to delete your data, sort out billing, or talk to a human and Rezeki now points you to the right place instead of going in circles.
